Don't Pay Twice for the Same Job

OMG recently erected a composite fence at the rear boundary of my property. Every help and advice was provided by Ed and the survey and quote was free. The operatives, Tristan and his assistant arrived promptly on time and were courteous and considerate, kept me informed during the process to make sure I was happy. They worked incredibly hard and the completed job looks amazing. Everything was left clean & tidy, with all waste removed. (I am an OAP and they moved everything for me where necessary.) Also Naomi in the office was super efficient and helpful. I am delighted with the end result. Thank you OMG!

What can I say about the Outdoor Makeover Group other than OMG! These guys were fantastic. They completed a challenging multi-tiered decking project for me, having to work round a previously installed swim spa, and on a sloped garden. The consultation and design process was easy and the ideas shared by the team ultimately transformed my garden - thank you Ed! The build itself was also handled brilliantly - the team were exceptionally hard working, thorough and great to deal with on the day to day decision making, needed for such a large project. Lesley Cooper I had done a lot of research with regard Resin, there were an awful lot of companies out there, and not always the best, but I have to say from the moment we visited the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome from the very beginning. The product display and choice was second to none, there was no pressure selling, and we were made to feel very at ease and to think about our choices. Ed and the team were amazing, Naomi was always ever helpful in the office with any questions I had, I expect the poor girl had had enough of me with all my questions!! we chose well, the team came down to install artificial grass, fencing and resin, from the moment the team arrived, they did not stop, I have never known a bunch of lads work as hard as they did, it made a refreshing change not to have to listen to what they had done the night before! nor was there any swearing! it was just so lovely that a group of blokes could get on so well, and work as a team, and as for the lads which came down Saturday they just bounced off each other, and enjoyed a bit of banter which was lovely to see and hear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OMG to anyone, they are a highly motivated professional team who offer value for money and a product which is second to none, so thankyou OMG for all your help, you are truly amazing and our garden looks like a show home.

We have just had our second project completed by OMG. We have now had decking installed and now have wonderful new driveway gates. Both projects were completed without a hitch and everything was organised promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner by Ruth and Naomi. E-mails and telephone calls were received updating us on how the project preparation was progressing and suggesting installation dates etc. On the agreed day Ely, who completed our previous project, returned to carry out the work. Ely was as efficient and cheerful as always and completed the job within the day. The gates look tremendous, and are of good quality. Thank you to the whole OMG team.

After visiting the Showroom and, seeing the product, we were confident that we were making the right choice. From the Surveyor visiting to the last piece of decking being fitted everything ran like clockwork. The people installing the decking kept us informed of what they were doing as the project progressed and, did a first class job. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend OMG as the go to people for anybody thinking of having work done, like us, you won't be disappointed.

From first contact at the office, to the surveyor, and the gentlemen who installed our decking and balustrades, the whole process was easy, carefree and affordable. Everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the end result; it is just what we wanted. Payment was taken in stages so we always felt that OMG was a credible and safe company to deal with. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased and delighted that we chose OMG to renew our old concrete garden path with bonded resin. The job was swiftly arranged with very courteous and friendly communication with the office. Junior and Francis worked fast in a professional way with hardly a break, and the path was transformed. They were friendly and communicative and explained everything they were doing. It is a good experience to walk on it now as it is comfortable and safe.

I am absolutely delighted with the driveway which just looks amazing. The two contractors on site for the makeover were absolutely fantastic and such hard workers. They were really thoughtful, polite and a pleasure to have around. The other lads that came in to do the brickwork were also fantastic, and I would recommend the Outdoor Makeover Group to anyone who wants a decent job done, in the timeframe promised and at the price quoted. A shout out to the office personnel at the end of the phone. All so lovely and helpful, and that counts for so much in this world.

Efficient and experienced workmen, Rob and Nathan, worked hard and left everything tidy. On the phone, Naomi was a friendly and reassuring voice. The drive looks great, just have to keep the pesky seagulls away!

Kitchen and wardrobes makeover and very pleased with the high standard of work completed / final finish . Staff involved were respectful and pleasant to deal with etc .

What a great experience! Right from first visiting the showroom , to the site visit and then the installation, we couldn't have asked for better. The products are top quality but it is the people that make it even better. They were all friendly and helpful, very good at their jobs, great communication throughout and gave great advice too. Special mention to Ed for the design and quote, Liam and Gabe who were our brilliant installers and a shout out for Naomi in the showroom who kept us informed, dealt with all our queries and couldn't have been nicer.
