OMG literally transformed our ugly black tarmac patio into a fabulous paved area which is a pleasure to use. It is not a regular shape at all, but they have sculpted curves around the edges, added extra steps where needed and finished it off beautifully. I would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to deal with. My initial enquiry was made on a Saturday afternoon of bank holiday weekend. I didn't expect anyone to contact me before the following Tuesday, however, a lovely lady called Alicia rang me to arrange a visit from their team. Within a few days Ed visited me and measured up the work I requested and gave me a quote which included all incidental work. When I was happy to go ahead, Alicia gave me a date and gave me the names of the people who would carry out the work. Ely and Shane carried out the work. They were polite and respected my property. Unfortunately, they were unable to finish the job as they didn't have enough materials with them, but a colleague made a special trip and completed the work before 7pm the same evening. I would happily use this company again and will recommend them to family and friends. A very professional and friendly company providing a quality service.

OMG have completed a resin makeover on our driveway which was in a very poor state. We are absolutely delighted with the result, it's so smart and a really lovely finish. The service we had from the first email was outstanding - Ed, Alicia, Gareth, the resin team all kept us up to date, answered any concerns quickly and were thoroughly professional, polite, helpful and friendly throughout the process. The result has definitely added kerb appeal to our property and has changed an uneven, messy and muddy driveway to a smart and easy to maintain one.

Today we had the Outdoor Makeover Group install a new Composite decking in our garden, the team arrived at 7.45am (on time) and did not stop until they had finished at 1.45pm, they were extremely professional, courteous and friendly, I plied them with iced water because of the hot weather, the finished decking has enhanced our garden no end, the team cleaned up everything necessary after the installation, I can't recommend them highly enough, thank you O.M.G for such a great job..

I first heard about OMG via their advert on the radio whilst doing the school run on a Monday morning. I called shortly afterwards and Ed came to do a site visit a couple of days later, we received a fair priced quote the same day. The job, a new drystone retaining wall and patio, was performed with the same efficiency. The guys arrived on the agreed date at 0740 on a Monday morning and by 0745 were already on the tools. They worked incredibly hard and quickly and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Ed returned the following week to top up the pointing and the wok done has transformed our house. All in all I could not recommend highly enough, easy to deal with, fast, friendly and work finished to a high standard.

OMG were excellent in all aspects, from beginning to finish. Ed was very helpful, professional and approachable in helping to establish what was needed to fulfil my request. He sourced reclaimed granite to build a garden feature. The men who did the hard work ( Adam and Troy ) were very friendly, professional and approachable, and worked solidly in the searing heat to complete my posts and arch within the day. They were most particular in the details and discussed with me at all times what would be best. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would gladly have future work done by them again. OMG have this week replaced our deck which was rotten, I can not recommend them highly enough. Troy and Gabe completed the work in a professional manner, they were very friendly and answered any questions we had. We got concerned when they discovered that they has been sent the wrong parts to complete the job but the were calm and assured us that they would fix it and it would only cause a short delay and they were true to their word. I would highly recommend them.

It was with some trepidation we contacted OMG for a quote, amongst others, for work involved in replacing our rotting wooden decking. We need not have been concerned. From Ed who provided a swift response to our request for a quote, to Troy who did, with a bit of assistance, the main work. His approach was so friendly, and he was a pleasure to meet. The work was carried out in a very professional manner from dismantling the old wooden deck to the installation of the new composite. On the basis of our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending OMG.

OMG recently completed our resin driveway project well ahead of schedule. The team Ed, Joe, Harry, Devon and Nathan did an outstanding job. They all worked very hard and finished the project in a very short time with minimal disruption. Having contacted OMG to get a quote for composite decking we were really impressed with how quickly Ed came to survey the job. They started the installation the following week. Nick, the chap who did most of the installation, was great. He worked incredibly hard, was very polite and made sure at all times we were happy with the way the work was going. We have just had a new driveway extension and total rebuild of the existing one completed by Gareth and his team. The change is brilliant thank you so much.

We had Devon and his team arrive early Wednesday to extend our driveway to allow room for my sons car. They work very hard and the end result is fabulous. Highly recommended well done.

We initially approached OMG with a view to their providing us with a simple section of decking for an outdoor area close to the main house. Gareth came up with a much improved version of what we initially planned and his holistic approach to the project was very welcome indeed. We now have a really lovely outside area to enjoy all year round and so much more than we originally envisaged. During the decking project I mentioned to Gareth and Ed the issues we had been having in recent years with an increase in flash flooding to our main driveway and all the problems associated in having gravel surfaces to all of our driveways leading down to and around the property. OMG came up with a solution to deal with the flash floods at the top of the drive in the form of a large, robustly built Galvanised steel grid covered excess water and detritus settling tank that is connected to the existing underground drainage system, which works a treat. The gravel to all the driveways was replaced with a permeable resin bound surface, which in addition to dealing with all the excess water at times of heavy rain has given the whole property a completely and much improved look. We cannot recommend OMG enough. Gareth very much leads from the front and both he and Ed are always available at the end of the line pretty much day or night and if you cannot reach either or both of them on any particular occasion they will always and promptly return a missed call or message, which in this day and age is a total rarity. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, everything and anything is possible and what we also really liked is their positive can do attitude and willingness to think outside of the box and come up with good solutions to any problem. The team work well together and they all work hard and work is carried out in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I / we really cannot recommend OMG enough.

They worked quickly and paid attention to detail taking away all the rubbish. A problem arose when the electric tripped but Ed sorted it and ensured all was well when they left. We were nervous about having work done on the house as we usually do everything ourselves as it's so hard to find good tradespeople. After a call to Ed we were sure they were the company for us. So professional and throughout the job they worked so hard and in all weathers. We also decided on a last minute fence which they said they could do and we are so glad they did, it looks amazing. The Outdoor Makeover Group have positively transformed two areas of our home. The first thing I’d like to say about OMG is that they will listen to what you want and the ideas that you have. But they will also, if you want, try and build upon these ideas to give you further options or maybe even a different perspective. We have had Mill board decking laid to the rear of our property and then had it encapsulated with a glass border surround. This is a massive improvement compared to the cold grey slate that we had before. The area is now expansive and bright. The decking is easy to keep clean, just a few power washes a year to wash away the slight green shimmer. It’s not slippery at all, even in the winter. It looks like a real wood floor, we love it ! OMG also added a side porch on to our existing porch. They sourced materials to keep the new porch in keeping with our existing one. Further to this, they listened to our needs and came up with a way of further extending this porch to allow for a log shed and bin store. They’ve done a fantastic job and we’re so happy with our new porch. Everything is a yes with OMG, even if something might be difficult they will try and find a way in which things can be achieved. A big thank you to all the team, to Ed and of course Gareth who’s always on hand to help.

Gareth and the team worked hard on a project to rebuild the entrance to our driveway, and then resurface the drive. It all went well, finished ahead of time, and when there was a minor problem with a rebuilt wall they came back quickly to fix it. We're very pleased with the end result and have had lots of favourable comments from passers by.
