What was once an uneven and outdated space with sloped ground, this garden has been beautifully transformed into a levelled, smooth, and low-maintenance haven. The rustic sleeper framing has added structure and warmth, while the resin surface has created a seamless, functional, and aesthetic foundation. The entire space now feels cohesive and inviting, offering a relaxing, year-round retreat. OAK FRAMED PORCH EXTENSION MAKEOVER IN LAUNCESTON, CORNWALL
Lorna wanted to extend the porch on the side of their house. We worked closely with her to create a solution that was practical and blended in with the existing farmhouse features. With locally sourced oak and slate, our carpentry team created a beautiful finish and even added an adjoining oak log store for extra storage space.

Pergola & Roofing Project Complete! We dismantled and disposed of the old pergola, installed new upright wooden posts, and fitted wooden joists to create a strong new frame. The structure was then finished with durable metal roofing sheets for a smart, long-lasting result!

We’ve been busy transforming this outdoor space with a stunning new artificial grass installation. From removing the old surface to laying a perfectly level base, every step is carefully planned to create a flawless, low-maintenance lawn.
The grass was rolled out, cut to size, and secured with screws and bespoke pins, giving a seamless, professional finish. A final power wash/brush completes the look, ready for years of enjoyment.

Composite Decking Veranda Makeover in Launceston, Cornwall
Maxine had a beautiful outlook from her veranda but sadly the wooden decking had perished and made the space dangerous. We carefully removed the old wooden decking, preserving the beautiful balustrade and replaced this with stunning stone grey composite decking boards. Our trusted team were even kind enough to help reposition the plant pots.

This garden makeover involved a lot more than meets the eye…
Decking:
We adjusted the existing sleepers, prepped the ground, added a weed-suppressing blanket and built a brand-new timber sub-frame.
Woodgrain effect Composite boards in Stone Grey were installed with T-Clips for natural movement, finished with bullnose edging, cladding, and secure balustrades.
Paving:
The old lawn and paving were fully excavated, a new hardcore sub-base was compacted, drainage added where needed, and Grey Sandstone paving laid in the agreed pattern.
Turf:
Fresh topsoil was spread and new turf laid, with granite chippings added around the edges for a crisp, clean finish.

Philip had a tired timber decking that had started to fall apart. We replaced this with a beautiful Charcoal composite decking, split over two levels and sunk into the ground to provide a seamless transition from the lawn. We added high quality balustrade on raised edges to provide a safe space for his grandchildren.
