Our team carefully prepared the site by:
Excavating and grading the lawn to remove undulations
Installing a compacted hardcore sub-base and geotextile membrane
Replacing recessed manhole covers and adding drainage where needed
Installing fresh topsoil and turf for a pristine finish
Finally, their chosen sandstone paving was expertly laid with professional jointing, and grey granite gravel added outside the shed doors for a neat, cohesive finish.

The existing wooden sleepers were removed and replaced with new oak sleepers, carefully installed to match the original layout as closely as possible. A crack in the back patio was also repaired with sand and cement, giving the area a neater, refreshed finish.

This new Charcoal composite deck in Crediton is taking shape with a solid timber sub-frame, carefully set out to create a flowing layout from the patio doors, complete with angled decking and steps leading down to the gravel area.
Finished with bullnose edging and clad sides for a clean, modern look, the space is already coming together nicely. The gravel and handrail will be installed next to complete the project.

Our customer has been let down by a previous contractor. Left with a poorly constructed sub-frame, he contacted us to transform the space. Our team got to work, installing a new sub-frame, composite decking and elegant yacht wire balustrade system.
