This project, completed for our esteemed customer Michael, showcases a remarkable transformation of a once-neglected garden area into a sophisticated outdoor sanctuary. Initially, the garden was characterized by old paving overrun with weeds, contributing to a disheveled and unappealing environment. Following the renovation, the space was revitalized with elegant grey sandstone paving, creating a sleek and contemporary appearance. The addition of sturdy new walls and steps not only provided a strong structural foundation but also significantly enhanced the aesthetic appeal and usability of the space.

All units, doors, and drawers were carefully prepared and professionally sprayed to achieve a smooth, durable finish, with fixed elements protected and sprayed on-site for a seamless result. Mr and Mrs Evans wanted to makeover their tired tarmac driveway which suffered from puddling and loose stones that bought mess into their house and garage. We cleaned the existing surface, installed some new drainage and overlaid the area in a beautiful Evening Rose colour blend.

Resin Bound Patio and Path Makeover in Launceston, Cornwall
Brenda had recently moved into this new build. She loved gardening and had some beautiful plants on display but the uneven ground and lack of drainage spoilt her love for her garden. We installed a permeable resin bound patio and path to create all weather access and a stunning wooden pergola and sleeper wall to frame the area.

Resin Bound in Yelverton
This driveway was fully excavated and rebuilt from the ground up, with all existing gravel and paving removed before preparing a new, fully SUDS-compliant sub-base. Brick edging was installed to create a clean boundary, along with additional perimeter edging for long-term stability.
A permeable open-course tarmac base was then laid, followed by the resin-bound surface, carefully installed to ensure a smooth, durable finish and a consistent colour throughout. The result is a smart, low-maintenance driveway with excellent drainage and a polished look!
