The overgrown, bumpy farm lane, once rugged and challenging to navigate with wild grass and uneven, rutted terrain, was expertly transformed by the OMG team. They cleared the thick grass, smoothed out the rough patches, and laid down a sleek, pristine tarmac surface. The result was a refined, seamless, and sturdy lane with smooth, graceful curves and neatly defined edges. This transformation aided the customer by providing easy access, improved manoeuvrability, and a more modern appeal to the property, while still blending harmoniously with the serene, picturesque countryside. Alongside the incredible birds eye view imagery casting the whole project!

Jane had problems with a severely rotten decking area. It had become unsafe and a real eye-sore. The old decking was removed and a stunning resin bound patio installed in its place. We prepared the area with a fully permeable sub-base first and even added decorative edging bricks to frame the planters.

This project started with the removal of the existing fencing along the right and rear of the driveway, as well as the fencing on the right-hand side of the house.
We then installed new wooden fence posts and rails to create a strong, stable framework before fitting 6x1 timber boards in a hit-and-miss style. The fencing was finished at around 6ft high, boarded on the driveway side only, with the fencing along the side of the house finished neatly on the outside!

We recently completed a beautiful kitchen respray in Yealmpton, transforming the space from plain white to a warm and stylish sage green!

The fresh new colour has completely lifted the room, giving it a modern, welcoming feel without the need for a full refurbishment. Another lovely transformation for our customer to enjoy!

This project saw the installation of a brand new composite decking area, complete with a step at the front door and sleek glass balustrade. A weed membrane was installed beneath the deck, followed by a strong timber sub-frame with joists set at 400mm centres to ensure long-lasting stability.

The composite decking boards were fixed using T-clips to allow for natural expansion, with bullnose edging added to the deck perimeter and steps for a clean, professional finish. The exposed sides of the deck were neatly clad while still allowing airflow underneath.

To complete the look, black powder-coated aluminium posts and 10mm toughened glass panels were installed using secure glass clamps, creating a modern, safe, and stylish finish that really elevates the space!
