We were recently approached with a challenge - to upgrade an old wooden decking at a local school that had become slippery and unsafe for the children. We knew we had to create something that was not just safe, but also enduring and accessible for all.

The existing sleepers were removed in stages, the walls and steps rebuilt to follow the original layout, and a new stone sub-base installed before the resin was laid. A practical upgrade that keeps the character of the garden while giving it a much smarter finish!

We began by removing the existing fencing and clearing the area, before installing new wooden posts and rails to create a strong, secure framework. Feather edge fencing boards with top capping were then fitted to complete the look, giving a classic and durable finish that will last for years to come.
