OMG! From the moment we met Ed we felt in safe hands. He put together a great plan for transforming our garden. We were happy and fell for the dream Ed sold us! Then the lovely Naomi(who made all transactions seamless) called to say they could start in 2-3 weeks. Work started on the 25th March and like any project the plan changed due to digging down and finding unexpected concrete and then Gareth came up with a solution which we will be forever grateful as the garden is better than we imagined it could ever be. All the workers were fab all need a mention. Eli, Gabe, Tristan, Mark and Tae. Nothing was an issue for them and the quality of work is outstanding! The whole team are brilliant and I will recommend to anyone who wants the garden of their dreams. OMG did you deliver and we can't thank you enough! Our daughter doesn't want to come inside now

Lesley Cooper I had done a lot of research with regard Resin, there were an awful lot of companies out there, and not always the best, but I have to say from the moment we visited the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome from the very beginning. The product display and choice was second to none, there was no pressure selling, and we were made to feel very at ease and to think about our choices. Ed and the team were amazing, Naomi was always ever helpful in the office with any questions I had, I expect the poor girl had had enough of me with all my questions!! we chose well, the team came down to install artificial grass, fencing and resin, from the moment the team arrived, they did not stop, I have never known a bunch of lads work as hard as they did, it made a refreshing change not to have to listen to what they had done the night before! nor was there any swearing! it was just so lovely that a group of blokes could get on so well, and work as a team, and as for the lads which came down Saturday they just bounced off each other, and enjoyed a bit of banter which was lovely to see and hear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OMG to anyone, they are a highly motivated professional team who offer value for money and a product which is second to none, so thankyou OMG for all your help, you are truly amazing and our garden looks like a show home.

Great service! When we moved to our house we had an unfinished raised patio (just concrete) with a wooden balustrade that blocked the view. We decided to have a resin bound surface laid and the balustrade replaced with stainless steel posts and yatch wire. From our first contact with Naomi in the office and Ed, who came to do the survey, everything went perfectly. We visited the showroom to decide on the colour of the gravel and Naomi's advice was invaluable, helping us choose the perfect colour. Devon and Nathan did an excellent job making a set of steps and laying the resin bound surface. Terry's work on the balustrade was brilliant. Makes a real difference dealing with a "family firm" instead of a faceless company. Thanks to everyone at OMG.

From first contact at the office, to the surveyor, and the gentlemen who installed our decking and balustrades, the whole process was easy, carefree and affordable. Everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the end result; it is just what we wanted. Payment was taken in stages so we always felt that OMG was a credible and safe company to deal with. Highly recommend!

Excellent company highly recommended. Everything from the initial survey to the completion of the resin driveway was first class. Naomi kept us informed all the way through the process and the team carry out the work were very polite, respectful, helpful and informative.

We had a slope in our garden that was wasted so decided to have a decking coming out from the house over the slope. We went to visit O.M.G and it was the best thing we've ever done! From the first instance we found the staff very helpful and amenable and made an appointment the next day for one of their staff to visit and determine sizes. The very next day we had a quote sent that was agreeable. We visited the showroom again to give the go ahead with the project and choose the materials and colours. We are glad of that because after discussion we decided to go with a glass balustrade. The project was started just a few weeks later and two lovely workers arrived promptly on the expected day. They worked like trojans all day and the next and finished the decking. The next day another lovely man returned to complete the balustrade of glass! We are absolutely thrilled by the work finished and excellent staff and service given from start to finish and we cannot believe the huge exspance to our garden living space that has made a tremendous difference thanks to O.M.G! Very professional and pleasant company to deal with who recently installed new aluminium railings/ balustrade on our outside patio. Terry who fitted them was brilliant and worked so hard to install them as it was difficult job. They are really great and I can totally recommend this Company to anyone who want something similar

Initial contact was friendly and efficient with a home visit by the surveyor organised swiftly. The quote was received promptly and a very swift installation date arranged. The team of two arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and focused. Excellent decking achieved using top grade materials. Love the end result to bits ! Well.what can I say, as you can appreciate it's alot of money to have a drive makeover, so choosing the right company was paramount, after finding OMG on the net and reading the reviews I knew this was the right path for our journey, The care and professionalism was felt right from the start,from the initial survey to the final fantastic transformation they carried out, nothing was too much trouble, a big shout out to Edd,Gareth, naomi and shane and the rest of the team, we will definitely recommend you to all our family and friends,

What a great experience! Right from first visiting the showroom , to the site visit and then the installation, we couldn't have asked for better. The products are top quality but it is the people that make it even better. They were all friendly and helpful, very good at their jobs, great communication throughout and gave great advice too. Special mention to Ed for the design and quote, Liam and Gabe who were our brilliant installers and a shout out for Naomi in the showroom who kept us informed, dealt with all our queries and couldn't have been nicer. Thoroughly recommended!

At my age when something appears too good to be true I know it usually is and means we give it a wide berth. In this case OMG exceeded our expectations and proved that sometimes it can be true. From meeting the receptionist at their beautiful showroom to meeting the surveyor and subsequently the technicians who did the work, our experience was easy, pleasant, stress free. Communication was constant, appointments kept on time, work efficiently done including leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result that has significantly improved the look of our space. Even paying was easy and relatively painless!
