Excellent company highly recommended. Everything from the initial survey to the completion of the resin driveway was first class. Naomi kept us informed all the way through the process and the team carry out the work were very polite, respectful, helpful and informative.

Traumatic in the extreme and not "finished off" well. Resin rolled gravel looks lovely but the mess it made was unbelievable. Work we contracted to be done on our shingle was never done and we declined to pay for this. Such a shame. All workmen seemed very hardworking, but were not entirely forthcoming and did not tell us that they were deviating from what we had been told would be done, and this left us with lots of things to do. Clearing up after them was phenomenal. Beware. Very efficient when it came to asking for payment! Response from OMG Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The team @OMG provided an excellent service from initial advice, through to delivery of the finished product (Resin Patio plus additional landscaping works). The Ground Team worked really hard and listened to our requirements, so that we ended up with a great finished product that we can’t wait to use this Spring.

What a great company having laid resin on my drive and foot paths have totally transformed my front garden and hence kerb appeal not to mention adding value to my bungalow. OMG! From the moment we met Ed we felt in safe hands. He put together a great plan for transforming our garden. We were happy and fell for the dream Ed sold us! Then the lovely Naomi(who made all transactions seamless) called to say they could start in 2-3 weeks. Work started on the 25th March and like any project the plan changed due to digging down and finding unexpected concrete and then Gareth came up with a solution which we will be forever grateful as the garden is better than we imagined it could ever be. All the workers were fab all need a mention. Eli, Gabe, Tristan, Mark and Tae. Nothing was an issue for them and the quality of work is outstanding! The whole team are brilliant and I will recommend to anyone who wants the garden of their dreams. OMG did you deliver and we can't thank you enough! Our daughter doesn't want to come inside now

From first contact at the office, to the surveyor, and the gentlemen who installed our decking and balustrades, the whole process was easy, carefree and affordable. Everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the end result; it is just what we wanted. Payment was taken in stages so we always felt that OMG was a credible and safe company to deal with. Highly recommend!

At my age when something appears too good to be true I know it usually is and means we give it a wide berth. In this case OMG exceeded our expectations and proved that sometimes it can be true. From meeting the receptionist at their beautiful showroom to meeting the surveyor and subsequently the technicians who did the work, our experience was easy, pleasant, stress free. Communication was constant, appointments kept on time, work efficiently done including leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result that has significantly improved the look of our space. Even paying was easy and relatively painless!

Our elevated balcony was in a poor state of repair. We contacted OMG who responded quickly with a competitive quote and a start date. The work was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The team behaved in a friendly and competent way. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would defiantly use OMG again. The improved look to our house is remarkable.

Had a large rather complicated composite deck replaced - including timber substructure. The planning, communication and the installation team where excellent - and great to work with. They were on time every day, worked tirelessly (whatever the weather), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will certainly use them again. Fantastic service from OMG - they certainly live up to the promises in their radio advertising. Our drive make over was a challenge with multiple drainage directions. All delivered with a smile, despite some horrible weather conditions.

OMG have just finished laying paving stones around my bungalow. Well worth the wait to get them to come and do it, and given the quality of their work I know why they're so busy. People who know what they're doing and care what they're doing. Highly recommended.

Ed, the surveyor listened carefully to what we wanted. This was produced to a high standard by a friendly, polite and hard working team led by Eli. If we ever need any similar work done in the future we will have no hesitation in using OMG again.

OMG replaced our large, very tired, timber decking and structure. From the first online enquiry to completion, communication was excellent and we were always made aware of progress. We did visit the showroom, which is well presented, so we were able to choose our product informatively. The installation team were outstanding and had to work through some very challenging weather. They were always on time, very hard working, diligent, conscientious, tidy and friendly. We can’t recommend OMG highly enough as our timber structure, composite decking and composite balustrade are exactly what we had hoped for and we can’t wait for some better weather so we can enjoy it. Our thanks to the whole team. Will definitely use OMG again.
