Fully Employed Team, Unmatched Expertise

We have just had our second project completed by OMG. We have now had decking installed and now have wonderful new driveway gates. Both projects were completed without a hitch and everything was organised promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner by Ruth and Naomi. E-mails and telephone calls were received updating us on how the project preparation was progressing and suggesting installation dates etc. On the agreed day Ely, who completed our previous project, returned to carry out the work. Ely was as efficient and cheerful as always and completed the job within the day. The gates look tremendous, and are of good quality. Thank you to the whole OMG team.

From the start to the finish omg have been nothing but professional. Shane's attention to detail with everything was first class .Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend omg to anyone. All involved were hard working, punctual and very polite. We are looking forward to our next project with omg .

Top class service from booking an estimate to the completed job. The new artificial lawn looks amazing. Kept us informed at every stage, clean, efficient and top quality job, would recommend to everyone

We are very happy with the decking project OMG have done for us. Liam and Gabe were both craftsmen and finished the job to a high standard. They was punctual, friendly and professional. Thanks OMG for a fantastic job! Highly recommended.

What can I say about the Outdoor Makeover Group other than OMG! These guys were fantastic. They completed a challenging multi-tiered decking project for me, having to work round a previously installed swim spa, and on a sloped garden. The consultation and design process was easy and the ideas shared by the team ultimately transformed my garden - thank you Ed! The build itself was also handled brilliantly - the team were exceptionally hard working, thorough and great to deal with on the day to day decision making, needed for such a large project. A shout out to Liam, Tae, Mark and Gabe for their hard work, patience with awful weather and good humour. I could not have wished for a better result, or team to work with on my project, and have no hesitation in recommending OMG to anyone looking for garden design and build services. Thanks OMG!

very pleased 10 out of 10 from start to finish, the visit to show room.staff very professional once plan agreed quick start date.the staff carrying out work highly skilled and pleasant finish superb and cleaned up site.can recommend highly

Gabe and his team worked so hard from start to finish. Skilled, respectful and grafters and a pleasure to meet. Would definitely recommend this company we are very happy with our decking. Just the balustrade to go for finishing touches. Thank you.

Efficient and experienced workmen, Rob and Nathan, worked hard and left everything tidy. On the phone, Naomi was a friendly and reassuring voice. The drive looks great, just have to keep the pesky seagulls away!

The Team from OMG turned-to for the three project's at the time specified / agreed upon. Composite Fencing. Composite Decking, and Resin driveway / hardstand. Their work was thorough, as well as professional. Recommend this company to all, right down to the backroom staff to the 'up-front' on location workers.

OMG! Yes, they are fantastic. From home office to the install, all professional, all excellent. Had a new composite deck installed. Results are awesome.

I am absolutely delighted with the driveway which just looks amazing. The two contractors on site for the makeover were absolutely fantastic and such hard workers. They were really thoughtful, polite and a pleasure to have around. The other lads that came in to do the brickwork were also fantastic, and I would recommend the Outdoor Makeover Group to anyone who wants a decent job done, in the timeframe promised and at the price quoted. A shout out to the office personnel at the end of the phone. All so lovely and helpful, and that counts for so much in this world.

OMG did an excellent job, ripping up our old concrete slab patio and replacing it with a larger porcelain one, tiles purchased from OMG at a good price and laid perfectly, such a difference. They also put a new hit and miss fence for us, again sturdy and excellent. All the guys that worked on the project were polite and friendly. I had a feeling we would get a great job and I was right. I definitely recommend Ed and the boys, you won’t be disappointed. Take no notice of the trenches beside the fence and patio, I am eventually filling those with golden gravel.

After years of trying to find people to renovate our balcony we finally came across the Outdoor Makeover Group and I'm so glad we did. Every step was really easy, professional and well communicated. Visiting the showroom answered any questions I had, and the finished product is absolutely top quality. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased and delighted that we chose OMG to renew our old concrete garden path with bonded resin. The job was swiftly arranged with very courteous and friendly communication with the office. Junior and Francis worked fast in a professional way with hardly a break, and the path was transformed. They were friendly and communicative and explained everything they were doing. It is a good experience to walk on it now as it is comfortable and safe.

From first site visit to completion, the staff were professional, thorough, polite and engaging. Advice was given at all stages with options considered along the way. Despite working in direct sun in 32 degrees, the installation crew, Charlie and Gabe worked tirelessly to complete the job on time. We are very happy with the work undertaken. The quality of the product is exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending the company and would use them again.

OMG recently erected a composite fence at the rear boundary of my property. Every help and advice was provided by Ed and the survey and quote was free. The operatives, Tristan and his assistant arrived promptly on time and were courteous and considerate, kept me informed during the process to make sure I was happy. They worked incredibly hard and the completed job looks amazing. Everything was left clean & tidy, with all waste removed. (I am an OAP and they moved everything for me where necessary.) Also Naomi in the office was super efficient and helpful. I am delighted with the end result. Thank you OMG!

An incredible experience from start to finish. Everybody was so professional and helpful and brought our dream to reality. Thank you everybody at OMG.

Kitchen and wardrobes makeover and very pleased with the high standard of work completed / final finish . Staff involved were respectful and pleasant to deal with etc .

Absolutely perfect! Just completed our resin driveway and can't recommend this company highly enough, from start to finish they were superb. Ian called to provide a quote, no pushy sales, he measured up, went through our options then left to provide a written quote which we received promptly. Agreed to go ahead with a very competitive fixed price quote. Arrived on day booked in and found our driveway had thicker concrete than expected, within an hour 2nd digger and more men on site, all completely cleared by end of the day. On day 2 site prep work completed quickly, 2 large lorry loads of tarmac delivered, spread and rolled into place, waited for it to cool then new driveway laid in the afternoon. All completed and looking fantastic by 5pm on day 2. Site kept clean throughout, all the people we met were brilliant, no debris/rubbish left when job completed. If you are looking for a resin driveway - or I am sure any of the many other services they provide - don't bother shopping around, just go direct with confidence to this exceptionally professional company

After visiting the Showroom and, seeing the product, we were confident that we were making the right choice. From the Surveyor visiting to the last piece of decking being fitted everything ran like clockwork. The people installing the decking kept us informed of what they were doing as the project progressed and, did a first class job. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend OMG as the go to people for anybody thinking of having work done, like us, you won't be disappointed.
