At my age when something appears too good to be true I know it usually is and means we give it a wide berth. In this case OMG exceeded our expectations and proved that sometimes it can be true. From meeting the receptionist at their beautiful showroom to meeting the surveyor and subsequently the technicians who did the work, our experience was easy, pleasant, stress free. Communication was constant, appointments kept on time, work efficiently done including leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result that has significantly improved the look of our space. Even paying was easy and relatively painless!

The Team from OMG turned-to for the three project's at the time specified / agreed upon. Composite Fencing. Composite Decking, and Resin driveway / hardstand. Their work was thorough, as well as professional. Recommend this company to all, right down to the backroom staff to the 'up-front' on location workers.

We are very pleased and delighted that we chose OMG to renew our old concrete garden path with bonded resin. The job was swiftly arranged with very courteous and friendly communication with the office. Junior and Francis worked fast in a professional way with hardly a break, and the path was transformed. They were friendly and communicative and explained everything they were doing. It is a good experience to walk on it now as it is comfortable and safe.

Very professional and pleasant company to deal with who recently installed new aluminium railings/ balustrade on our outside patio. Terry who fitted them was brilliant and worked so hard to install them as it was difficult job. They are really great and I can totally recommend this Company to anyone who want something similar

What a great experience! Right from first visiting the showroom , to the site visit and then the installation, we couldn't have asked for better. The products are top quality but it is the people that make it even better. They were all friendly and helpful, very good at their jobs, great communication throughout and gave great advice too. Special mention to Ed for the design and quote, Liam and Gabe who were our brilliant installers and a shout out for Naomi in the showroom who kept us informed, dealt with all our queries and couldn't have been nicer. Thoroughly recommended!

Great service! When we moved to our house we had an unfinished raised patio (just concrete) with a wooden balustrade that blocked the view. We decided to have a resin bound surface laid and the balustrade replaced with stainless steel posts and yatch wire. From our first contact with Naomi in the office and Ed, who came to do the survey, everything went perfectly. We visited the showroom to decide on the colour of the gravel and Naomi's advice was invaluable, helping us choose the perfect colour. Devon and Nathan did an excellent job making a set of steps and laying the resin bound surface. Terry's work on the balustrade was brilliant. Makes a real difference dealing with a "family firm" instead of a faceless company. Thanks to everyone at OMG.

Initial contact was friendly and efficient with a home visit by the surveyor organised swiftly. The quote was received promptly and a very swift installation date arranged. The team of two arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and focused. Excellent decking achieved using top grade materials. Love the end result to bits ! Great job by all involved, well done. Will definitely return for, future projects.

Lesley Cooper I had done a lot of research with regard Resin, there were an awful lot of companies out there, and not always the best, but I have to say from the moment we visited the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome from the very beginning. The product display and choice was second to none, there was no pressure selling, and we were made to feel very at ease and to think about our choices. Ed and the team were amazing, Naomi was always ever helpful in the office with any questions I had, I expect the poor girl had had enough of me with all my questions!! we chose well, the team came down to install artificial grass, fencing and resin, from the moment the team arrived, they did not stop, I have never known a bunch of lads work as hard as they did, it made a refreshing change not to have to listen to what they had done the night before! nor was there any swearing! it was just so lovely that a group of blokes could get on so well, and work as a team, and as for the lads which came down Saturday they just bounced off each other, and enjoyed a bit of banter which was lovely to see and hear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OMG to anyone, they are a highly motivated professional team who offer value for money and a product which is second to none, so thankyou OMG for all your help, you are truly amazing and our garden looks like a show home.

What can I say apart from carrying out a brilliant job on my new fence and resin at my front garden and new Astro turf, the staff and management are fantastic Gareth Ed Eli Terence Junior Devon and I am sorry can’t remember the two guys who laid the Astro turf but all there customer skills are excellent I would highly recommend this company

We had a slope in our garden that was wasted so decided to have a decking coming out from the house over the slope. We went to visit O.M.G and it was the best thing we've ever done! From the first instance we found the staff very helpful and amenable and made an appointment the next day for one of their staff to visit and determine sizes. The very next day we had a quote sent that was agreeable. We visited the showroom again to give the go ahead with the project and choose the materials and colours. We are glad of that because after discussion we decided to go with a glass balustrade. The project was started just a few weeks later and two lovely workers arrived promptly on the expected day. They worked like trojans all day and the next and finished the decking. The next day another lovely man returned to complete the balustrade of glass! We are absolutely thrilled by the work finished and excellent staff and service given from start to finish and we cannot believe the huge exspance to our garden living space that has made a tremendous difference thanks to O.M.G! Right from the beginning, from first phone call to the finished project, faultless. Efficient, courteous and very hard working teams that kept me updated through the job. After visiting the Showroom and, seeing the product, we were confident that we were making the right choice. From the Surveyor visiting to the last piece of decking being fitted everything ran like clockwork. The people installing the decking kept us informed of what they were doing as the project progressed and, did a first class job. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend OMG as the go to people for anybody thinking of having work done, like us, you won't be disappointed.

OMG were brilliant at replacing our fence, from receiving the quote it was only a few days before they came to do the work.Excellent customer service on the Phone, they were very efficient and professional and friendly. nothing was too much trouble, job was finished in a couple of days.
