Summer Ready Decking

OMG recently erected a composite fence at the rear boundary of my property. Every help and advice was provided by Ed and the survey and quote was free. The operatives, Tristan and his assistant arrived promptly on time and were courteous and considerate, kept me informed during the process to make sure I was happy. They worked incredibly hard and the completed job looks amazing. Everything was left clean & tidy, with all waste removed. (I am an OAP and they moved everything for me where necessary.) Also Naomi in the office was super efficient and helpful. I am delighted with the end result. Thank you OMG!

After visiting the Showroom and, seeing the product, we were confident that we were making the right choice. From the Surveyor visiting to the last piece of decking being fitted everything ran like clockwork. The people installing the decking kept us informed of what they were doing as the project progressed and, did a first class job. Very professional and polite. What can I say about the Outdoor Makeover Group other than OMG! These guys were fantastic. They completed a challenging multi-tiered decking project for me, having to work round a previously installed swim spa, and on a sloped garden. The consultation and design process was easy and the ideas shared by the team ultimately transformed my garden - thank you Ed! The build itself was also handled brilliantly - the team were exceptionally hard working, thorough and great to deal with on the day to day decision making, needed for such a large project. OMG were brilliant at replacing our fence, from receiving the quote it was only a few days before they came to do the work.Excellent customer service on the Phone, they were very efficient and professional and friendly. nothing was too much trouble, job was finished in a couple of days. I would highly recommend OMG.

What can I say apart from carrying out a brilliant job on my new fence and resin at my front garden and new Astro turf, the staff and management are fantastic Gareth Ed Eli Terence Junior Devon and I am sorry can’t remember the two guys who laid the Astro turf but all there customer skills are excellent I would highly recommend this company

We are very pleased and delighted that we chose OMG to renew our old concrete garden path with bonded resin. The job was swiftly arranged with very courteous and friendly communication with the office. Junior and Francis worked fast in a professional way with hardly a break, and the path was transformed. They were friendly and communicative and explained everything they were doing. It is a good experience to walk on it now as it is comfortable and safe.
