Showcase of Our Groundworks Projects

This Cullompton driveway was finished with Golden Flint Gravel, bringing a warmer, more natural look to the front of the property. The existing area was excavated and prepared before new brick and perimeter edging were installed, creating a defined border and helping to keep the gravel neatly contained. The Golden Flint Gravel was then spread across the prepared driveway, creating an attractive, hard-wearing surface with plenty of character.

Three areas around this Lewdown property were updated with Grey Granite Chippings, bringing a cleaner and more consistent finish to the lane and garden beside the house. The ground was cleared and levelled where required, with a geotextile membrane and granite sett edging installed before the chippings were laid and evenly spread. The Grey Granite gives the different areas a crisp, natural finish while creating a practical surface that’s easy to maintain.

This Tintagel garden was finished with Blue Slate Chippings, creating a neat surround around the decking and property while making the space much easier to maintain. A geotextile weed membrane was laid across the area before the slate chippings were added, helping to keep unwanted growth under control and providing a practical base. The rich tones of the Blue Slate add contrast against the decking and greenery, giving the garden a simple, well-defined finish.

The outdoor area at Saltash Rugby Club was upgraded with EcoPave, creating a stronger and more practical surface designed for a busy environment. The new surface provides a clean, hard-wearing finish capable of handling regular foot traffic and everyday use around the club.
A practical upgrade that has given the area a smarter, more professional appearance, while providing a durable surface ready to withstand plenty of use.

This Plymouth driveway was upgraded to create more usable parking space with a strong and practical new surface. The area was excavated and prepared with a compacted sub-base before ACO drainage and a new concrete parking area were installed. Block paving was then added to the front, extending the usable driveway and creating a neat transition into the new surface. The combination has made better use of the available space, creating a durable, well-drained and practical driveway for everyday parking

This Yelverton property was given a dedicated new parking area, creating a strong and practical surface for everyday use. The existing ground was excavated and cleared before a compacted hardcore sub-base was prepared and timber shuttering installed to define the area. A new concrete pad was then laid to create a solid, durable finish. The new parking area makes better use of the available space, providing a neat and hard-wearing surface designed to handle regular vehicle use.

This Laneast driveway was reworked to create a stronger, cleaner and more practical entrance to the property. The existing surface was excavated before new edging, manhole covers and a compacted sub-base were installed. The driveway was then finished with fibre-reinforced concrete and given a smooth float finish for a neat, durable surface.
A gravel-filled grid area alongside the garage completes the new layout, adding contrast while keeping the overall driveway practical and well defined.

This project brings together style and practicality - with a beautifully installed resin-bound surface, complemented by oak sleeper steps, curved detailing, and crisp brick edging throughout. Designed to work with the natural levels of the space, every element has been carefully shaped to create a smooth, flowing finish from driveway to entrance.

This project was a full outdoor overhaul, transforming a tired and uneven space into a clean, modern, and highly practical area for everyday use.
We started by excavating and removing the existing driveway, paving, and garden surfaces before installing a strong, well-prepared sub-base. From there, we laid a fully SUDS-compliant resin-bound surface, complete with recessed manhole covers, neat edging, and a crisp double brick border to create a sharp, defined finish.
The garden space was completely refreshed with a beautiful charcoal natural stone paved area, complemented by low-maintenance grey granite chippings. New planters were installed to enhance the layout, while the addition of hit-and-miss and picket fencing brought both style and structure to the space. To complete the transformation, the existing walls were finished with a fresh textured render, tying everything together with a clean, modern look!

A great little paving & shed base transformation!

This garden has had a lovely transformation with an extended resin-bound patio, framed beautifully to create a smart, usable outdoor space!
We began by preparing the area and installing a solid, permeable base, ensuring the new surface is fully SUDS compliant. Oak sleepers were added to neatly frame the patio extension, with slate edging to the steps for a clean, defined finish. The resin-bound surface was then laid to create a smooth, seamless look throughout.
To finish things off, the existing garden and driveway walls were carefully prepared and re-rendered, with a textured finish to match the house, tying everything together perfectly.

We’ve just completed this full resin and landscaping transformation, and the timing couldn’t be better! As we head into December, the front of out customers home now has a clean, bright and welcoming look thanks to the warm Honeycombe resin finish.

With extended parking, new oak sleeper features, reshaped lawns and fresh turf, this space is now prepared for winter and looking fantastic for the festive season ahead. A durable, SUDS-compliant base and crisp edging ensure it’s built to last long beyond the colder months.

This garden makeover involved a lot more than meets the eye…

Decking:
We adjusted the existing sleepers, prepped the ground, added a weed-suppressing blanket and built a brand-new timber sub-frame.
Woodgrain effect Composite boards in Stone Grey were installed with T-Clips for natural movement, finished with bullnose edging, cladding, and secure balustrades.

Paving:
The old lawn and paving were fully excavated, a new hardcore sub-base was compacted, drainage added where needed, and Grey Sandstone paving laid in the agreed pattern.

Turf:
Fresh topsoil was spread and new turf laid, with granite chippings added around the edges for a crisp, clean finish.

Even through the rainy days, we kept building - and the sun finally showed up right on time for the big reveal. ☀️

This composite decking in Olive Green, with a sleek aluminium balustrade, beautifully crafted oak sleeper planters and completed with a bespoke oak gazebo, has transformed this space into the most beautiful outdoor oasis. A space that feels warm and inviting even in the heart of winter.

While it’s built to withstand the season’s worst, it’s also ready to shine when spring blooms and summer evenings return. Durable, timeless, and designed for year-round enjoyment - this garden is now prepared for every season ahead.

A fantastic resin-bound makeover completed! Our team constructed new wooden sleeper walls along the bank, added fresh steps, and left space for a new slope/path as planned.

Once the old surface was removed, we prepared the area with fully compacted hardcore and installed a SUDS-compliant open-course permeable tarmac sub-base to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability.

The central planter was filled with soil ready for planting, and all resin materials were delivered and kept wrapped to stay dry ahead of installation.

We then installed the brand new resin-bound surface, creating a clean, smooth and modern finish. After curing, the area is now ready to use and looking better than ever.

Another transformation complete - and another outdoor space brought back to life!
